Born in the west and a native of New Mexico and Texas, Flint has made his home on the First Coast for the last 22 years with his wife, Dez, and last of their seven children at home, Ashton. Flint has been a full-time entrepreneur since escaping the corporate world in 2004, founding and running various companies along the way. Previous to this he was a Dot Com executive and active in outside and direct sales. His company was nominated for the Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2012 and he is a founding member of the local Leadership Clay council serving as its Vice-President in the inaugural year and on the alumni board after that.
Flint has worked with several agencies addressing the needs of pre and post-adopted children both in and out of the foster care system. Up to and including adopting four children from the system.
Being blessed with an avaricious appetite for reading anything within reach from a very young age, he is motivated by an unusual mixture of biography, classical literature, science fiction, and pulp fantasy. Flint Anderson has been published, as a staff writer and humorist in the now defunct Pizzazz Magazine and a selection of his poetry can be found in Open Mic Jacksonville 2002. The MANual: What Every Guy’s Dad Should Have Taught Him is his first full-length novel.
Now Flint has chosen to take this unique career and experience and translate it into helping entrepreneurs scale their business and anyone who is ready to level up in their career, personal life, home life, or health. He does this through one on one private coaching and group coaching which adds another powerful dynamic to the support structure provided.
When he is not spending time with his family, or helping people achieve their dreams you will find him out in the woods, camping with his family, or traveling and exploring the country.
